Mark Ferris - Principle

Mark started his career in accounting before going into the recruiting industry, which makes him particularly skilled at making the right match between what his clients are looking for and what his candidates want in a career.  He began his career with a Big Four international public accounting firm where he earned his CPA certificate, and then was with a Fortune 500 company in several accounting roles.  His last accounting role before going into recruiting was as a controller of a private manufacturer, where he gained broad experience including ERP system selection and implementation.  Overall his accounting career spanned 12 years and he has been in recruiting since 1999. 

Tami Cambridge - Account Executive

Tami, like Mark, began her career in accounting which also gives her a unique perspective when it comes to recruiting the right talent and placing them in the appropriate position.  After earning her degree in accounting she progressed in her accounting career, and held titles of senior accountant and assistant controller before entering into the recruiting industry.  She has worked in both large and small firms in different areas around the country.  She firmly believes in professionalism and integrity, and sincerely enjoys changing people’s lives for the better through her work.
